Tiramisù (pronounced tee-ruh-mee-soo) is a traditional Italian dessert made of layers of ladyfinger cookies soaked in espresso, mascarpone cheese, pasteurized egg yolks and whites, and cocoa powder. In my recipe, I replace the egg whites with a touch of heavy cream, as I find this creates a creamier consistency.

The eggs in the tiramisù are tempered, however, they are a key ingredient that contribute to the creaminess and depth of flavor. This is how tiramisù is made authentically in Italy.

Individual servings of tiramisù are prepared in a 16 oz. tamper evident container.

(Serves 1-2 people). This is quite a hefty portion, as it is prepared INSIDE the container and NOT simply a slice of tiramisu.

Pan servings of tiramisù are prepared in a 11x9 pan.

(Serves 8-12 people)

Party or special event servings are prepared in a 4x2 container and are a perfect option for a special event, party, or wedding where guests can enjoy the perfect individual serving. (Serves 1 person)

Use the "Order Now" button to place your tiramisù order. You will then be directed to click the Venmo link to complete payment for your order.

Orders must be placed by 10AM the day prior to pick up each week.

Pick up days are:

*Tues/Wed/Thurs anytime between 4PM-6PM

*Saturday anytime between 8AM-11AM.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message directing you to complete payment via the Casa Tiramisù Venmo link.

Please complete payment for your order upon order submission and before pick up day.

Once you submit an order, you will receive directions on where to pick up from my home in Scottsdale, AZ 85254 and contact information.

Cancelled orders will incur a 50% charge. The charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please email EatCasaTiramisu@gmail.com to cancel an order.

There are no refunds for no shows on pick up day. Please text Michelle (602-775-2985) with any hiccups you may encounter - I don't want you to be tiramisù-less!
